Project Description
From 2014 to 2015 Democracy International performed a mid-term performance evaluation of the Azerbaijan Partnership for Transparency (APT) project. The evaluation focused on determining which project activities had proven to be feasible and effective. The evaluation was designed to (1) review the level of progress made so far in achieving APT Project objectives; (2) review and assess the relevance, effectiveness, and efficiency of project activities; and (3) provide lessons learned and recommendations for any adjustments for increasing effectiveness of the project.
