Project Description
In 2013 Democracy International partnered with the University of California San Diego (UCSD) to conduct an assessment of the electoral environment and planned election observation activities for the 2014 national elections. The assessment enabled DI and UCSD to design a project to engage Civil Society and citizens to provide feedback on the process while evaluating the efficacy of various crowdsourcing methodologies.
