Sri Lanka Political Parties and Local Governance Reform Program

From 2005 to 2006, Democracy International partnered with The Asia Foundation in Sri Lanka on a program to engage political parties on local governance reform. DI prepared an assessment of political party attitudes toward local government reform and helped to design a strategy to build political will for these reforms.
